This dealership is good at selling vehicles but horrible at servicing them . It's not like they are waiting for parts they just don't care about getting your vehicle in the Gm stated that.

The sales department was friendly and helpful. The service department has not been helpful in replacing the upgraded floor mats that do not fit properly. I even offered to just have them replaced with the downgraded mats with no refund, just so I can have mats that actually fit. The hard plastic "upgrades" are warped around the edges and have become a tripping hazard when my foot gets stuck in the gap when entering or exiting the vehicle. Purchasing our new 2022 Equinox was truly a pleasurable experience. We received excellent service from both Steve Hinojosa and Nick Payne. They both did their utmost best to provide us with a beautiful vehicle.

On Star Sent an email indicating a problem with ABS. The dealership went above and beyond, with no service loaner vehicles available, they were able to plug into the car and there was nothing wrong! Peace of mind to know it was ok to continue driving!

This dealership is first rate from sales to service. We have other dealerships in the area but we keep coming back because everything is done in a professional manner.

Credit was approved yet the finance manager wouldn't accept my moms proof of income because he wanted that current date on the award letters. He said the YEARLY VA and social security award letters were not valid because they didnt have that current date on them. Car sat for 2 days only to be told nothing was wrong! Really? I explained the noise I was was hearing in the front end comes from driving it, not sitting for 2 days. So they drive it around the parking lot. They still didn't hear the noise. $180 later car not fixed, car sat in their garage for 2 days, AND I heard the noise the whole drive home. UNBELIEVABLE! Won't be going back!

Newer car wouldn't run. Received call with quote from service dept. Presented with a bill $75 higher than what I was quoted, when I returned to pick up vehicle. The service dept. did not tell me they were giving a partial quote, not including labor and tax. Depressing that customers are treated this way.

I got my first lease in 2018 when I was 19 years old. The entire process was a hassle, with both the sales department and service center. I noticed the truck had an alignment issue (I have over 5 years experience in the automotive field), but my concern was just shrugged off because they thought I didn't understand how roads crown. Brandon Queen went out of his way to locate wipers for my vehicle. The parts department did not have the wipers and Brandon had them delivered.

This dealership needs a quick change oil service. Waiting a hour+ for an oil change after you make an appointment is crazy. Quick efficient service at a competitive price is essential.

Brandon from the Service Department was great. Most of the other employees there, in service, have HORRIBLE attitudes and act like they don't want to be there and that having to deal with me is just such an inconvenience. I hate being a rude person, but when I know I have to go there and deal with them, I absolutely DREAD it. Phil has helped me a bit as well. He is also great.

Had my brand new truck in twice for a smell coming from the heater when it's on. They didn't fix anything kept saying they couldn't smell anything. When me , my wife, and daughter all smell it and get headaches from it there's a issue . Had my truck over a week each time . Do not take your vehicle for service here and for that reason don't buy a vehicle from here .

Routine oil change on my Traverse. My car went back when I arrived, comfortable waiting area with coffee bar and snacks, quick service while I waited.

The service dept. answered the phone at 7 am and got me scheduled for service the same day. When I came in, they also were able to schedule my 2nd vehicle for service later the same day! Excellent customer experience!

I only had my Blazer for 10 days when I found a nail in my tire. Brandon explained to me that the nail was in a place that wouldn’t be a good fix so I would need a new tire. Since my car is a 2020 the tire had to be ordered. Brandon offered to have the spare put on to get me through the weekend. We decided to just leave the car there until Monday when the tire came in. I’m am so glad we purchased the tire protection plan!
